The program of BRICS 1OCSMD will include plenary, keynote and oral invited talks given by distinguished speakers, as well as poster presentations by postdocs and students. 

We will also have two round table discussions:

- “Possible ideas for BRICS funding programs: how can we bring them to the attention of our government officials?”

- “How can we promote research journals published in BRICS countries to the global research community?”

We will target at bringing the ideas shaped during this forum to the attention of policy makers in BRICS countries, which should hopefully result in increased number of funding calls reserved for our research topics and more sizable grants.
